Customers and quality come before looks so that the product will not break or malfunction. If your product does break for some reason, you may send us a photo of the broken product on a DM (Direct Message) on Instagram (@dollymoon.crafts) or you may email us (dollymoon.crafts@gmail.com). Then we will decide to either send it back to us and we can fix it, or if the damage is too much, we can send you a replacement!

About Us - - - We are a small craft company founded by a teen on December 26th, 2021! We started out selling stone jewelry at the time, but now we sell so much more. We have new products coming out regularly & find most of our audience on large platforms like TikTok & Instagram.
